30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our support team. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@maisonelite.us.
Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where possible. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a Maison Elite error or required by applicable law.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Exchanges
At this time, Maison Elite may not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. For the fastest service, you may return an eligible item and place a new order for the preferred product, subject to availability.

Maison Elite is committed to delivering your order with care and providing clear updates throughout the shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, and seasonal promotions, processing may take longer.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Support@maisonelite.us.
This email will include your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking activity to appear.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates depend on your shipping destination, selected shipping method, carrier operations, and customs procedures when applicable.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While Maison Elite works hard to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Maison Elite is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping information provided at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered-but-Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, building reception, and the local carrier.
