Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories whenever possible

Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We want you to love your Maison Elite purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at Support@maisonelite.us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law:

Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used after delivery
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a Maison Elite error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by an error on our part.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as Maison Elite cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may take additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
